[The video opens on a sunset, though it's a bit hard to see. Roxas has climbed onto the roof of the pokemon center, since that seems to be the tallest building around in Mahogany. After a moment, Roxas's hand moves into the camera, holding a newly won Glacier badge. He admires it, and the way it glitters in the sunlight. He hasn't won a badge in a while, so this is a feel good moment.]

Just one more to go. For Johto anyway.

It's too bad Mahogany town doesn't really have taller buildings. You can't really see the sunset from here.

[There's a pause]

Haven't heard this music in a long time.

[The video is looking out at the sky, but part of the street and some buildings can be seen. It doesn't take long to figure out that you're up high. The roof of the Goldenrod City department store to be exact. Roxas has just finished his shift and is enjoying the sunset. A few notes in text appear on the screen]

-I made it to Goldenrod City. It's really big here, but I kind of like it.

-Olette evolved in Meganium. She's really big now. Do all pokemon get bigger when they evolve?

-I'm staying at the inn. It's nice. Having my own room.

-Uh, Kisa, my Growlithe hatched. Thank you, again.

[pause]

I wish I'd remembered to bring some ice cream. That would have been the icing on the cake.

I had a weird dream on the weekend. I got to see [hestitation] friends. From home. It was - I wish he - they could have stayed.

[Roxas is on the roof of the Goldenrod Department store, where he's been going everyday after he finishes work. Old habits are hard to break after all. When he sees the flash from New Bark Town, he's a bit concerned that he's going back home, but instead finds that he's still in Johto once the light fades, and he has some companions on the roof.

There's a Plusle, Minun, Pachirisu, and Emonga with him as well. Sparky the Pikachu is undoubtedly pleased to see so many other electric rodents, and Roxas is curious as well. Until he sees the box of sea salt ice cream.]

I don't know what that light was, but I guess it wasn't a bad thing. It's been a while since I last ate ice cream with friends.

[ooc: quiet forth wall since mun still has a paper to write. Um, there will be a non-fourth wall post on Monday, so any specific Route conversations/events that have been planned will happen then, please. I don't want to get overwhelmed. And tags will probably be slow]

[It's close to evening, at least, the sun is setting. Roxas is once again sitting on top of the Sprout Tower. But it might be kind of hard to tell that because the Video feed is point out at the sun, at Roxas's hand, which is holding a shiny Zephyr Badge.]

[ooc: I'll still be responding to the runaway slowpoke entry as well. Just wanted to get this up.]

[Roxas has climbed up to the top of Sprout Tower, and is currently sitting there, watching the sunset, since it's the tallest building around. He doesn't realize that his pokegear's on. ]

I kind of wish I had some ice cream. At least the sunsets are nice here. [something's mumbled here, the word twilight can be heard]

Chu.

[He sounds kind of far away. He's thinking about Twilight Town]
