[It's been a rough couple of days for Roxas. Between fighting Shedinja to exhaustion and finding out Sora was gone, he hasn't been feeling the greatest. But at least Xion's awake so he doesn't really have that to worry about anymore. Not knowing what else to do, Roxas decided to get a job, and there was one on a boat so he took it, assuming it was an extension of a pokemart job. So, he loaded a bunch of boxes on to a boat and they said he'd get supper, so that's where he was when he fell asleep. The job was just supposed to be a way to keep busy, to prevent himself from thinking about everything that happened, so he didn't really pay attention to the fact that he was on the Cianwood Ferry.

If you knew he was in Olivine, Roxas has been missing for about a day now. The transmission comes when he's woken up and realized what happened. It's meant to be filtered to Namine and Xion, but he failed at that. He does sound rather sheepish when he speaks.]

Uh...I'm on my way to Cianwood City. I got a job on a boat, but I didn't know it was the ferry.

I'm alright, but I guess I can't really get back to Olivine right now. I'll be back as soon as I can.

[Even though he feels bad he can't really contain the wonder on his face as he looks out at the ocean. He's never really seen anything like it, that he can remember, so he's pretty amazed.]

You get to both travel and be paid for it, at least. They'll also probably take care of your expenses during the trip.

Yeah, probably. I guess I'll have to ask.

If you are lucky, some of the passengers might know more about Cianwood and its possibilities. I've not looked, but there might be some interesting Pokémon living there.

So you just got the badge and left?

Yes. I had no wish to stay there any longer than that, and my best friend had no reason to stay either.

Oh. I guess there's not a lot there then.

A beach, cliffs, the Gym... rocks?

Doesn't sound very exciting. Except for the gym.

I spent no time looking for excitement there. It might simply be well-hidden.

[Shrug, guess he'll have to look for something interesting there]

But as I was flying back to Olivine, I did see a few caves in the middle of the ocean. Perhaps they hide interesting Pokémon?

[Roxas pauses to check the map]

The Whirl islands, you mean?

[Cecil takes the time to check his own.]

It seems so. I saw two cave entrances while flying in that region.

I'll make sure to check it out then.

Try not to take too long there. Otherwise, the ladies will worry.

I'm just going to get the badge and head back. I don't want to worry them anymore.

That's a wise choice. Once you meet up again, they might wish to explore those caves with you.

We'll have to come back anyway so that Xion can get her badge.

True. Many of us will have to travel the whole of Johto once more at some point for that sort of reason, I believe.

There's always a lot to see.

Not in Cherrygrove, if you ask me.

That's 'cause you saw everything there is to see.

And quite probably everything that was not there to see.

And Cherrygrove doesn't have a lot.

I haven't been back that way in a long time.

I was last there in... March? That's not long enough ago, if you ask me.
