Day 28 [Video/Action]

[Once again, the feed clicks on during a gym battle, in the last few moments, since Roxas dropped the gear in excitement. Sparky is striking his victory pose as there is a fried Gengar not too far away.

Morty nods in approval and comes forward to congratulate Roxas, although our young hero appears to have other plans. He practically snatches the badge and TM from the stunned gym leader, and runs towards the exit, scooping up the gear on his way out. Sparky has to run to catch up and the feed ends abruptly. This ends the video portion.]

[Once outside, Roxas falls to his knees and is breathing pretty hard, pokegear and TM scattered around him, but the badge is held firmly in his hand. He'll be fine in a few minutes, but it should be obvious that someone really doesn't like ghost pokemon. See Day 13 for details. Once he recovers, he'll want to go for ice cream, so for action people in Ecruteak, feel free to encounter him in front of the gym or while getting ice cream. Video people, all responses will come after he's gotten ice cream and he won't want to talk about what happened.]

Well, if slowpoke evolves into slowbro when a shellder bite's it's tail, maybe a king's rock makes the shellder want to bite it's head instead?

But you've proven that you are stronger than they are, did you not? If any ghost tries that again, you can simply defeated. We'll all be able to recognize the signs, now.

I can defeat them in a formal battle, but I don't know about the wild.

After all these months, your levels should be high enough to defeat them if they return.

But you could always visit Sprout Tower in Violet, and fight against them until you feel at ease.

Probably, but it's the illusions I'm worried about.

But that might help, even if it means going back to Violet.

There are ways to see through illusions, but without our powers... It must not be the first time it happened. The locals might know how to deal with it. Especially the monks living in the tower.
