Does anyone know anything about the Sprout Tower? I've walked past it a few times but it's hard to tell what it is.

Yeah. We're staying in Violet City waiting for some people to catch up. And if I know anything about the punks I'm going to end up paying for their damages the whole trail.

Because I'm a law officer where they come from. And I can't in good conscious let them loose on the world without trying to mitigate some of the damages.

Besides... I don't really want them to starve either.
