[She makes sure to keep at least one step behind him, though her hand hovers once or twice tentatively over his arm before she lowers it. She's kind of afraid of him while he's like this, and it shows on her face.]

[Hopefully it'll pass soon. He'll feel really bad if he finds out he's scaring her. Granted, he's not really looking behind himself at the moment. He's just focused on walking.]

[Eventually, she musters enough courage to touch him on the arm, more to catch his attention actually.]

[Once he looks at her, he'll probably see her trembling a little. She's almost forgotten how scary he can be when angry, and this is reminding her all over again.]

[God damn stupid emotions. Roxas can't deal with you all at one time. He's seen her trembling and turns away trying to get himself under control so that he doesn't snap or do something he knows he'll regret. Taking stock, he's upset, worried, frustrated, and feeling bad because he's scared someone he considers a best friend.]

[She swallows hard. It's the first time in months she stuttered again too. She's trying her best to help him get over this, and she goes for a shot in the dark.]

[She's not sure why she used herself as a target, but she's used to it. And she figures she's the closest thing to take the brunt of his anger. She rather not have him take it out on anything else; pokemon, nearby structures, even hedges.]

[Roxas is actually taken aback by that statement and is wondering if he even heard that right.]

I don't know how to do deal with what I'm feeling. But yelling at you won't make me feel better. Your my friend. I couldn't do that.

But after a while, she figures, she knows one way that seems to work well for Somebodies when they want to feel better.

Namine gingerly steps forward to wrap her arms around him in an awkward but what she hopes is a comforting hug.]

[It's only awkward if we make it awkward and Roxas probably isn't helping, but mostly because he's in shock. He'll deal with it in a minute though and accept the hug. Because he likes hugs.]

[You are the most awkward turtle, Roxas.

Her shoulders sag in relief. You better start liking hugs, because now that she knows that they work for him, she's probably going to use this method more often now.]

[He's getting better. Sort of. Maybe. Okay, not really but he tries.]

I'm okay.

[She only pulls away by a fraction, her arms still around him.]
