ARMADA SELECTION
While I think that Roxas could find a place in either Armada, I lean towards putting him in Paladin. As fun as it would be to be a pirate, with where he is at right now, Roxas could probably use a little order and a chance to try and do some good. And also maybe the chance to clash with authority because he's a little contrary like that. It's a chance for him to explore and start living his own life. A part of him might also use this as an opportunity to look for Sora.

Personality: Roxas is the Nobody of the series protagonist, Sora. Nobodies are the shells left behind when a person loses their Heart. In Kingdom Hearts 1, Sora had to briefly lose his Heart to rescue his friend Kairi, and in that moment, Roxas was created.
Roxas and Sora share a lot of similarities as a result. They are both determined, stubborn, and intensely loyal to their friends. Roxas, however, can be seen as Sora on mute. Where Sora is extremely friendly and easy going, Roxas is quieter and more guarded. He’s a lot less impulsive than Sora, and thinks a bit more about his actions. He’s not as quick to let people in and really only relaxes once he’s willing to trust someone. At the same time, he has a short temper, and being that quick to anger can be blinding to a better resolution. All that being said, it’s fairly easy to break past that guarded exterior to find a caring, loyal and fun friend underneath.
What Roxas really wants is to be regarded as his own person and to live his life with his friends. Due to his connection with Sora, Roxas has often had to fight to be recognized as Roxas and not just as some part of Sora, a lot of that even coming from Sora himself. And that belief in Roxas led to him gaining a vessel of his own and faith in the idea that he can live his own life.
It is a common sentiment in Kingdom Hearts that your friends are your power, and this is especially true for Roxas. His friendships with Axel and Xion and wanting to be with them are his deepest motivating factors, to the point where he will do whatever he can to protect them. Though this has sometimes led to them fighting as well. With the end of Kingdom Hearts 3, Roxas has managed to regain his life and his friends and can finally get down to the business of living. However, with Sora’s disappearance, that might be put on hold. He should probably go find his Other. Punch him in the face for doing something stupid. The way it goes.
As mentioned before, Roxas’s quick temper is probably his biggest flaw. A quick temper and bright anger tend to bring out the worst him, blinding him to better solutions and causing him to charge ahead without really considering the consequences. And it is easy to get under his skin. Threatening his existence or his friends is a surefire way to set Roxas off and find a keyblade in your face. And to be fair, he’s had a lot to be mad about. It is Roxas's anger and frustration that result in him leaving the Organization after one too many betrayals, but once that fades, he realizes that he's a bit lost and doesn't really have anywhere to go. Additionally, when confronting DiZ before rejoining with Sora, we see him quick to rise to DiZ's goading and attack. And he's never particularly happy when Xigbar calls him nicknames.
Overall though, Roxas is a brave and loyal friend, who’s been given a chance to live his life and for that, he is grateful.
4) Optional: What is something unique and interesting about them, or what is a fun little tidbit that sets them apart from the crowd?
-Can skateboard
-Cooler than Sora
