The chocolates that showed up with the eggs are safe to eat right? They're not gonna do anything weird to anyone or anything, are they?

Yeah, there's a whole bunch of different things. I think we're on a continent, or something.

There is an island though. Cianwood City and The safari zone are on it. You can catch a ferry or surf from Olivine City.

-really?

That sounds like a long way to surf.

It takes a few days to get there, yeah.

...how do you manage a trip like that?

The first time I accidentally ended up on the ferry that goes between the islands.

After that I was able to fly back.

Oh right- the "Fly" ability?

That's pretty useful, huh... I wouldn't be where I am without my friend's Drifloon.

Yeah, it really is. Though I don't mind walking. I don't want to miss anything.

If there's things in this world, like the living legends, I can see why.

It's nice, having the whole world to explore with no worries.

The beach in Olivine is really nice. I like it there.

The top of the Goldenrod Department store is nice to, with the right weather.

It took me pretty much a year to get there. It's easy to get stuck in the cities.

It's a really nice beach though, quiet, and just outside the city enough that it feels natural.

Ah, it's too bad I'm planning to go in the other direction, when I leave... I'd like to see it.

But, it sounds really nice.

And no, not really. I've got two more badges to get and I'm kind of on the other side of Johto right now.

I think so. You could bypass it you have surf, but I wanted to do some training before the gym battle.

And then is the, uh, championship out the same way?

I'm not really sure actually. I think it's closer to Kanto, if I look at the map.

I, haven't seen any maps of that area... Have you ever been there?

No I haven't. I want to finish with Johto before I go anywhere else, but I have friends who went there.

Oh, that makes sense.

I think it's lot bigger than you think. Johto's one region, but there are a lot of others.

Yeah... I wonder if anyone's seen even half of it before.

I've heard, some people go home out of nowhere, after all. If our time's limited... It'd be really great for the newer arrivals, to know from somebody who's seen it, something of what's out there.

Then they could better pick where to go.

There must be some trainers who have. Not anyone who's just sort of shown up though, I don't think.

I try to help out, but there's still so much I haven't seen that I don't know how much help I'll be.
