Day 27 - [Video/Action]

[The feed clicks on, although it's at a slightly weird angle. You can see a street, and a bike, and some of Roxas's face but mostly his leg. The bike looks a little dented but fixed for the most part. The street is relatively clean, but not clean enough for skateboarding, which is why Roxas is glaring at the bike right now. He's having trouble confronting this thing, considering what happened last time. The next part is mumbled very softly.]

...I don't think I can do it.

Perhaps you could ask someone to supervise you until you feel certain you'll be fine with it? Or, if you truly feel you cannot, you could ride a Pokémon instead?

_{[As soon as Phoenix was released from coma-watch, Heather was SO outta the Pokemon Center. Which is why she's walking outside when she spots the spiky-haired boy slumped dejectedly next to the bike.]

[Brows rising, she stuffs her hands in her pockets and heads over. She'd been thinking about dinner, but... it could wait.]}

I don't think any of my pokemon are big enough to ride yet. I also don't know who's in town.

[He glances upward.]

[pause, and then a bit bitterly]

It's my bike.

... Well, yeah, I figured that much.

_{[Bending down a little, she planted her hands on her scuffed knees. She's got a hunch as to what happened.]}

... Did y'crash?

[mumble, mumble]

Nothing.

The last time I tried to ride it, yeah.

... Do you know how to ride a bike?

Not really. But I could see everyone else doing it in Goldenrod and it looked easy.

So I thought I could do it to.

_{[... She's sort of fighting to hide a smile here.]}

Just 'cause something looks easy doesn't mean it is.

_{[Glancing over at the fallen bike, she steps around Roxas and reaches down for the handles to pull it back up.]}

It's only easy once you get the hang of it. At first, it's friggin' hard.

[It's embarrassing for him, okay?]

Yeah, that's what everyone else said.

How are you supposed to stay balanced anyway?

You know, there's nothing wrong with getting help now and then.

[He's already fallen once and it was bad, so there's a bit of a mental block]

I can't ride the bike.

It's a bit different from what I'm used to, too. Back home, I had this glider, and I stand on that-

...Anyway, it's a bit rough at first, but it's a lot easier if somebody's there to help you keep your balance to start off. Terra helped me out, so I know what to do. Want a hand?

I've never really ridden a bike before. The last time I tried...I fell.

This is the cleanest street I could find.

Can you ride a bike on snow?

...Smoker said he'd help me. I don't know if he's in town though.
